Keystone Exploration, Ltd., is an Exploration and Production Company based in Fort Worth, Texas, that is focused on development of non-traditional natural gas reserves.

The initial activities of the Company have been in the Barnett Shale play in North Texas, where it has developed two previous Barnett Shale ventures located in Tarrant, Jack and Palo Pinto Counties.

Keystone currently holds Barnett Shale Leases in Tarrant, Denton, Dallas, Bosque and Somervell counties. The Company has leased acreage in Tarrant County, principally within the city limits of Fort Worth, and continues to expand its positions. Keystone has teams of land professionals dedicated exclusively to leasing within urban areas. Keystone was one of the first companies to lease land and drill wells in compliance with the governing ordinances of the City of Fort Worth, and is currently expanding its operations into a number of other DFW Metroplex communities in Tarrant, Denton, and Dallas counties.
